After an in-depth intake interview, you will be sent a questionnaire. In a feedback discussion about your answers to these questions, a M(aintain)D(evelop)L(et go) roadmap is drawn up. In three follow-up sessions, the three dimensions -M, D and L - are further explored, amongst others via the A(ntecedent)B(ehavior)C(onsequence) methodology, which ensures efficiency and effectiveness itself. After that, Mimausa (and its future community) will remain your one stop shop for the rest of your life for all issues you come into contact with and which you do not know how to solve yourself or for which you would like to share the solution.

 This mechanism of awareness and expansion of consciousness is unique because it makes your problems visible and manageable. What behavior do you want to work on, what behavior do you want to let go and what behavior do you want to maintain? Since it concerns your behavior, it is unique because you are unique. It's just for you, in other words exclusive. Since we deepen the behavior of yours that we want to maintain, effectively reduce the behavior of yours that you want to let go and further germinate the behavior of yours that you want to develop, this mechanism is efficient and effective.
